Founded in 1965 by Sam Mancuso, Midstate Mold & Engineering started out offering high-quality Steel Injection Molds for the plastic industry. In 1985 Mark Glaude came on board and Midstate added a line of injection molding machines offering not only expert mold making but also injection molding.
John Zanardelli, Jack Killian, and Ed Coughlin purchased the company from Sam Mancuso in 1987. They added their sales expertise to widen their customer base and increased business volume.
In 1990 Steven Devine joined the team to support the increasing injection molding production. Midstate started taking on extremely difficult molding projects. The business grew and soon the industry came to know Midstate Mold & Engineering as a leader in complex Injection Molding. Their strengths ranging from multiple insert molding to high temperature engineered resins.
In 2009 Steven Devine and Mark Glaude purchased the Company from The Zanardelli/Killian/Coughlin Group to continue the legacy of high-quality precision plastic injection molding.
