Production

Our production facility is a high-end, efficient operation with several machines and skilled operators. Our machines operate from 25 – 250 tons. We are proficient with the high-end plastics such as PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) to PPS (Polyphenylene sulfide) to PTFE (Teflon).

Due to our diverse equipment we are able to handle a wide variety of jobs which greatly range in both their industries, quality of plastics, and the number of pieces produced.

Short Run

We are able to do jobs with a small volume (often called short runs). These may be as small as 10,000 or fewer units per year. This is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses or small batch manufacturing.

High Volume

We also have the capability to process high volume jobs. We produce a million pieces a month for some of our clients. Whether high or low volume, we proudly insist that each order is of the same level quality.

The Push-Pull System

Known as a lean manufacturing technique to help both the manufacturer and the seller, the push-pull system allows the manufacturer to produce the correct amount of product ahead of time, based on the expected sales. This model has served many of our clients well and ensures that as soon as the client is ready to order the next batch, the product is ready to be shipped. This protects against possible costly hang-ups which leave the client without product on the shelf.

Eligibility for our safety stock program is generally based on quantity among other factors. Typically, requirements are at least roughly a half million parts per year and a regular payment history.
